1. Introduction

• "MYR / RM" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the currency used in references throughout the Platform where monetary figures appear.
• "Operator" refers to any third-party gambling or gaming service provider described, referenced or discussed in Platform Content. iscr2u is not an Operator and does not accept real-money deposits.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" includes deposit limits, session limits, time-outs and self-exclusion features as described on the Platform's Responsible Gambling page.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, the process by which an Operator confirms a user's identity, age and payment source.

3. Account Eligibility

Access to, and registration on, the iscr2u Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Casino-style gambling is restricted to eligible adults aged 21 and above in the relevant international licensing jurisdictions described by this Platform. iscr2u will not knowingly provide services to any individual below this age threshold.

4. Terms of Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, iscr2u grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivative works from any Content without prior written consent from iscr2u;
• Use any automated tool, scraper, bot, spider or data-mining process to extract Content or data from the Platform;
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, trojans or any software designed to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its underlying systems;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Post, upload or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or any associated database.

iscr2u reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Platform for any User who breaches these usage conditions, with or without prior notice.

5. Account Registration

Where account registration is available on the Platform, the following conditions apply:

• Each individual may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. iscr2u will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your credentials.
• You must notify iscr2u promptly via [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.
• iscr2u may require you to complete KYC verification at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
• Account information, including email address, phone number and payment method, must be kept current. iscr2u accepts no responsibility for communications sent to outdated contact details.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

iscr2u is an information platform and does not directly process financial transactions. However, the following principles apply to descriptions of deposit and withdrawal processes published on this Platform:

• All monetary references on iscr2u are expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless stated otherwise.

• iscr2u does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components.
